Poly-L-Lysine surface coating solution is designed to improve cell attachment, growth and differentiation of many cell types. Coated surfaces will often improve cell attachment in reduced or serum-free conditions. This product is supplied in a sterile 50 ml or 100 ml package size at a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml.

Coating flasks or dishes:

·        Prepare a poly-L-lysine coated flask (2 μg/cm² is recommended) and leave the flask in incubator overnight; minimum 2 hours at 37ºC incubator.

·        Rinse the poly-L-lysine coated flask with sterile water twice and add 20 ml of complete medium to the flask.

·        Leave the flask in the hood and go to thaw the cells.

·        Coated culture ware can be stored for up to 1 week at 2 to 8ºC.
